The most prestigious and the ancestor of all international art biennial is now animated by a spirit that transcends national boundaries, in an era in which artists themselves have multifaceted identity and migrants have become aware of culture and leisure ' '.
The curator also pointed out that the exhibition will focus on'' 'light' of the encounter with art , experience enlightening epiphanies arising from the mutual communication and intellectual understanding.''
For President Baratta,''in an age in which art has long since ceased to challenge the emphasis on anti-art, we seek the ways of the conversation between the artist's work and our vision and our spirit, we want to understand and feel that more than the art generously gives us and whisper to us, we want to light as visitors, as lovers of art, as individuals and as members of the human community''
